We love to partner with people dedicated to maintaining (and even improving) their health. There is great value and return on investment when it comes to proactively taking care of your health.
$50 per month
Monthly Partnerships include:
- 50% off the price of standard office visits (Nutritional Response Testing (NRT/CRA) and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), as well as ‘Add-On’ time
- 20% off the price of elite services (BEMER, Biofeedback Scans, HSR – Heart Scan, Laser Lobby Rental, Psychotherapy, Packages)
- 20% off visits for children (18 or younger) of ‘Partners’
- 20% off nutritional products (excludes lasers)
Terms and Conditions:
- Program cost is $50 per month per person.
- The ‘Partnership’ cannot be shared and is nontransferable.
- If a new client, New Client Evaluation fee is also required.
- Term is 6 months and then will auto-renew into a month-to-month contract.
- Intent to cancel must be provided 10 calendar days prior to the end of the 6-month term (or 10 days prior to the end of the month, if on a month-to-month status).
- A credit card will be kept on file for automatic monthly billing of $50 the 1st of each month.
- For products or services that are discounted for other reasons (i.e. Monthly Specials), only the largest discount will be applied. We do not apply multiple discounts to products or services.
